My name is Sandhya (you pronounce it SUN-diya), and I’m a registered psychotherapist in the state of Colorado. I am currently also working toward becoming a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

If you’re struggling with depression or anxiety, the disease of addiction, a marriage that seems to be full of conflict, or any other stressful life situation, please know that you don’t have to struggle alone. I want to help.

Although I am new to the world of private practice, I have over 6 years’ clinical and research experience with populations in crisis, and working with adolescents, adults, and families suffering from the aftermath of addiction, mood disorders, and personality disorders in an NIH-funded clinic. Most importantly, I believe in treating every client with respect and kindness.

I want your path to mental well-being to be one we walk together. Your voice is important, and I pledge to listen empathetically and without judgment.
